Motorola Moto Z play listed in GFXBench,reveals that the device is powered by a Snapdragon SoC with octa-core 2.0GHz processor, and sports a 5.5-inch full HD display. It comes with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal memory, and also features a 16MP rear unit.

Other key specs include 5MP front shooter, 4K video, and 3,510mAh battery.The Moto Z Play is expected to be made official on September 6.
